NSW Renewable Energy Zones (REZ) declarations

• South-West REZ was formally declared on 4 November 2022.
• Hunter Central-Coast REZ was formally declared on 9 December 2022.
• The Illawarra REZ declaration is expected before mid-2023.

A declaration is the first step in formalising access schemes and network solutions for a REZ.
