This expertise stretches across both national and international issues, in areas including policy, planning, network connections, finance, construction, engineering, stakeholder engagement, communications and development.
Amy is an energy executive with more than 20 years’ experience in energy markets across the public and private sectors, nationally and internationally. Before joining Stride, Amy was the NSW Renewable Energy Advocate, supporting 36 large-scale renewable energy projects with planning, connection, finance and construction. She was responsible for the NSW Transmission Infrastructure Strategy, the Pumped Hydro Roadmap and the energy programs. Amy has also worked at the Clean Energy Council, Pinpoint Mastercard, Accenture, Hydro Tasmania and was a board member of Renewables SA, Renew and REEEP.
Luke is a business leader with a diverse, multidisciplinary background and 20 years’ experience in the renewable energy industry. He has an MBA, is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, and has a technical background overlaid with decades of commercial and management experience. Luke has led commercial success at innovative renewable energy companies across the world. He was in the founding team and the Chief Operating Officer of two market-leading companies: Windlab Systems and Reposit Power. He has also advised the NSW Government on the Emerging Energy Program and social licence strategies. Luke is also Chair of the RE-Alliance.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Manager
Nicola is an expert stakeholder engagement and communications professional with more than 20 years’ experience in climate change and energy in Australia and overseas. She has designed and delivered award-winning programs and solutions across government, not-for profit and commercial sectors including at WWF, local councils and NSW Government. With passion and expertise, Nicola helps Stride’s clients craft best-practice stakeholder engagement and social licence strategies, unpack complex policies, and build profile.
Felicity is an executive leader with more than 25 years of clean energy industry experience in government, start-ups and multinationals. She has a track record for commercialising organisations, building high-performing teams and delivering innovation. Felicity leads Stride’s development projects and manages key stakeholders. She was Managing Director and CEO of Enova Community Energy, Australia’s first community-owned energy retailer, and has also worked at Pooled Energy, Australian Power & Gas, Low Energy Supplies & Services and the NSW Government’s Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA).
Renewable Energy Consultant
Hanna has a Masters in Professional Engineering and a background in environmental science and renewable energy systems. Before joining Stride, she worked in the civil design and environment team at an engineering consultancy. She has been leading projects and analysis for Stride, and brings with her a passion for the renewable energy industry and low-carbon energy solutions.
Renewable Energy Engineer
Jackson is a final year, engineer in-training at ANU. He has a background in statistics, renewable energy systems, resource and environmental management. He has undertaken R&D projects for emerging energy technologies and loves all things technical. Jackson has performed a supporting technical and analytical role for many of the projects in the Stride portfolio.
Megan has been working with words for two decades, writing, editing and crafting concise communications. She has a diverse role at Stride: her remit includes everything from polishing grant applications to writing client’s press releases to crafting compelling key messages to be sprinkled liberally through all future communication.
